Privacy and form submissions

Star Tutoring Group uses the information you send through this website to respond to tutoring inquiries and tutor applications. Questions about this notice can be sent to StarTutoringGroup@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

Consultation requests: The form asks for contact details and information you choose to share about a student’s grade, subject or exam, goals, preferred center, and availability. We use it to respond and discuss possible tutoring at our Hollis or Jamaica center. Sending the form requests a follow-up; it does not book an appointment.

Tutor applications: The form asks for contact details, subjects and grade levels, availability, and location preference. You may also upload a résumé. We use these details to review your interest and contact you about possible work.

We do not use form details for marketing. Please do not send identity documents, report cards, student ID numbers, or other sensitive records through these forms.

Where submissions go and who can see them

Squarespace hosts the forms and stores submissions. Notification copies are sent to our business inbox, StarTutoringGroup@gmail.com. The business owner and manager can review inquiries and applications. Tutors cannot access form submissions.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiries and résumés for as long as the business is active unless they are deleted earlier. You can request deletion by emailing StarTutoringGroup@gmail.com; we will manually delete the relevant submission from our active Squarespace records and business inbox.

Website services

Squarespace hosts this website. Pages with location maps load Google Maps. These providers may process technical information when you use their services. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy for their practices.
